This client had recently purchased a 2 bedroom bungalow which they were undertaking full refurbishment on. ThermalWorks worked closely with the client and builder to supply and install a low profile hydronic solution for heating the entire dwelling, keeping the build height to a minimum, ready for the engineered wood floor finish.
ThermalWorks services were employed on this project to help find a solution to achieve the required floor U Values to comply with building regulations, whilst increasing the floor build height to match an existing part of the property. We opted for an overlay system, to increase the system height, and provide a sound base for the floor deck and finish above.
The same client hadn't considered air conditioning, until they realised we also provided that service when finding the solution for the ground floor. Since they were undertaking substantial refurbishment works, the options were discussed with them and ThermalWorks worked closely with the client and builder to install comfort cooling to all bedrooms on the first floor.
One of of our regular customers employed ThermalWorks to supply and install 2no. Daikin Mini VRV systems for this high-end residential property located in Kensington. Attention to detail was vital on this project, due to the nature of the build, hence why the builder came back to ThermalWorks.
Just like ThermalWorks, Potter Perrin is a family run business, running one of the largest independent bathroom and kitchen businesses in the South East. When they were looking to open their new bespoke tiling shop in St Johns Hill, Clapham, they came back to ThermalWorks to provide their heating and cooling solutions.
On this project ThermalWorks were employed to supply and install air conditioning throughout the offices of a new factory/warehouse being constructed for an aviation company. All pipework was installed prior to the external cladding and internal ceilings being installed, leaving an incredibly neat and tidy project.
